March News – Earth Unfolding
Hello All
I would have sent this newsletter out earlier but it took my body days to get back into balance from the weekend of the Chile earthquake. Have you noticed things about your life that mirrors what the earth was going through last weekend and the week prior to the huge quake in Chile? I sure did. What we are facing is the point where the macro is the micro and what happens to one, in a way happens to all somehow. Our lives will often mirror not only the changes that may be going on around us (work, friends, relationships, emotions) but also the earth itself and our neighbors all around the globe. It will be harder and harder now to say “well, that was over there, that was them.” Yes? The point is binding, the reason is uniting. There is no other way. Well, the other way is non-compassion, non-searching, non-reaching . I know by now, many of us know that that method never really gets any one to where they need to go. There is a pathway being made for us during these times of change. I know many of you can feel it now, it is palpable. It is calling us. The clients who have come to me share thoughts of loss, confusion, bereavement, joy and wondering all at once. This is normal for the time. How does the “news of late” make you feel? If it strikes up fear you have two choices. One, to take that fear and let it fester like a wound untreated and feel the effects of fear in the drivers seat of your mind. The other is to summon your courage and your heart to wonder, where do we go from here?
The one side to another side of thing, dual, world will be more noticeable now. Things are being shaken up. And our earth is surly a reminder of this. Where do you YOU want to be as the shift is happening? And WHOM do you wish to travel the road with? These are important questions. If you don’t have it, it will come if you are open to finding the way. It always does. So much beauty is at the touch of our dreams and fingers. So many miracles are waiting for avenues to be delivered. Hope springs eternal. Innovation and imagination, is coming out of selfishness and lethargy. There is much magic in the air where love and faith have an open window for their arrival home in you, in us.
Whatever you can do to awaken the spiritual side of you once forgotten, never found, or needing to be refueled, well this is the time to do so. Get outdoors, go to those in areas and peoples of faith and open-heartedness to ask those questions you seek. Be open to change. Be open to change. You wont regret it. If there is work to be done on issues that resurface during the times we are in that make you depressed or alone; well get the help, be open to extraction of that pain. For this will be most helpful for help to re-vamp your vision for your life and others to a more joyful existence. Our earth needs our gentle steps right now. Please take heed and send her love and prayers for her to sustain us well. We must thank her with benevolence in all our undertakings, and with those who call this earth home.
As I lay awake this morning at 4 am (I know many of you have had altered and fitful sleeping patterns like this) I was aware that all I needed to do was go to my heart to ask of it what it wants for the coming day or month or year. I know the answers will not fail me there. I felt a core of love pulling me out to the stars and back down to the earth again. I could hear the buds of the trees stretching ever so slightly. How beautiful to be human at this time. Technology is in the best of ways coming into innovation, changes are being made at true levels, we only must notice the good with the”bad”. Be aware of how YOU want to play a part in growing awareness and change. It is good for ALL? Is it full of JOY? Is is helping to create unison in business and commerce? Is it not labeling or stifling but open and forgiving? These tools are helpful. Mostly, do you really love and value your SELF enough to ask for what you deserve to live to your full potential of health and happiness? That is the true ingredient to grasp at this time. Be love and compassion and things will start to become brighter.
Here comes spring !
Time to get out and redo our land, homes and plans! Have fun with it! Enjoy the re-birthing. Congratulations !
