Late February News – Unfurling

Hello My friends

You may have noticed that this newsletter is coming to you later than normal. I have been under the spell of winter’s work and winters growth. I, too, like others, go through processes of big blocks of time that I meditate on my life and the next direction to take. Like planting seeds for the gardens of the next season, to nurture our spiritual bodies. As one can see with the news of the middle east and other spots of the world, either growth comes in as unrest and panic or volcanoes of rapture and radiance, with violence or peace. I often speak of the term “the collective unconsciousness” or the “collective consciousness” when in my sessions. This is the general mindset either in the shadow of all our minds or the mindset of our light and our brilliance and we all share it. We are but One being, separate only by plots of land and bodies of water. All human and nature-kind is linked by the Mind of the source of intelligence that created it and created our breath. When one part of the world goes through growth and or unrest, trying to shed the old and become newer, one can expect that to play out in some manner on ones own life.. for all of life is connected.

Some cannot remember that fact. All life is intertwined together and as one. All decisions eventually effect most. That is why an attitude of compassion for our fellow humankind (and animal kind) is important. Without that no wonder we can not learn and grow from the lessons that others are experiencing or from our mistakes and triumphs. We must be willing to take the risk of standing both in the truth of what we know is best for us as well as how to help others in the glory or the burden of the life traveling we go through. Standing in our truth is worth the effort and the spiritual exfoliating.

Many of the masters of the arts and of science and technology have always had to stand a bit out on a limb to find what was to eventually give the world great new methods of thinking and beautiful creations. Change as many know, is an uncomfortable and trying process sometimes. Necessary and guaranteed may be more ways to define change. Its everywhere now. Through the economy re-growing but not into what it was, but more into something new and improved is an example. People leaving relationships that have long ago ended any caring or mutual growth is a great example of “challenging” change however necessary and eventually beautiful.

One must find how we can go about re-arranging the gift of being on our earth and in our jobs and homes and relationships in a new way, far away from patterns of fear and domination, destruction and cowardice and judgment. As folks overseas go in our own homes and in our own hearts. I had a client recently who has had heart issues, literally butterflies and fleeting beats. She was scared of this process and feeling and she spoke with doctors about it. They scanned her heart and she had come to me as a last resort, as the doctors found nothing abnormal in her valves and heart area. As I was doing a reading on her, I too saw no abnormalities of any tissues, I did however see her as a younger woman being treated poorly by boyfriends and some family too. Years of her not knowing how people really did love her (from the basis of only poor examples) had her heart begging for attention from the only person that could heal it. Herself. When I spoke to her of these patterns and validated how she felt unloved and alone, we discussed ways of her being the one to go into that area (with meditation) and retell the stories with forgiveness to both herself and the others in question.

Just the awareness of how all things are connected but also just lessons for our personal Spiritual journey to define love and self love began to unravel all sorts of potential and joy that she had been blocking from seeing or feeling in her life… right here right now. New perspectives on past pain or hurts can be changed as readily as and probably easier than whole countries rising up against domination. So to see the connection of letting old things go and bring new things in can bring in profound and positive change. All it takes is the willingness to jump, do the work and see, feel and move forward.

For now I work on helping you, listening intently to instructions from a Higher place and working on new things to offer you and for my personal joy as well.

For it is in being of service that I come to find my truth and my Light and most hopefully making the world a brighter place.
In Peace I walk with you
and in Love and Light I pray with you.

May all beings be free of suffering

Sarah

“The most important kind of freedom is to be what you really are. You trade in your reality for a role. You trade in your sense for an act. You give up your ability to feel, and in exchange, put on a mask. There can’t be any large-scale revolution until there’s a personal revolution, on an individual level. It’s got to happen inside first.”
