Greetings!

In a warm office, looking out side through this warmth to a sunny day, cold in air, warm in heart, I greet you with news of winter and subtle movement. It is indeed mid winter most places. We however are feeling the call of a spring voice through the winter freeze. It beckons us daily with increasing light and springtime gardens, calling us. Isn’t that simply the way it works? Each winter in the bleakest part where it feels like there is no end, some other louder interior voice reminds us that not far way there are plans brewing for the trumpets of spring to sound. It is like this in our own spiritual journey. Just when the darkness, the dragons of the past, seem to try to bring us to the depths, do we suddenly have the epiphany, the breakthrough, the change show itself to us and rise up, Phoenix like. This is happening all over, I am witnessing it in many of my clients. I feel an odd quivering of joy and awakening within the Universe, both within the stars and within and upon the earth, our hearts. One might say that in the witnessing of the earth shaking and with the dutiful and tragic scarifies of the people of Haiti and the like, the positive side effect is a tremor of a new kind. Hello Blessed Ones!

This has been a time of great energy lately, this August. There has been much change brewing and much being realigned by the planets and by our hearts. Have  you felt that shift ?

With the new moon on the 20th, it brought in Hurricane Bill up the east coast and with huge tides and waves. During that week there was a surge of insomnia. Many of you had strange dark dreams and a hard time sleeping. It is times like this that we work on ourselves and our Higher Self works on us. There is a theme of “getting it right ” going on. What we didn’t get to in a proper and balanced way before, we are getting it done now. Through deep contemplation and surges of “wounds, issues, old patterns ” we are being asked to really get to dropping that which does not serve us.  Many of you are feeling the pinch of the shift going on. Trying to focus on what you find is most important. Some are finding it already waiting for them in plain sight. Others are having to really churn up a life, once thought settled, into something that better fits the mood of the changing tides. This will take some courage, some fortitude and some humor, no doubt. This will take a scoop to dig out the old ways of  thinking “how will this work”  to ” I must trust this will help me find my way.”  Sometimes we see into the vast beyond and sometimes we don’t have to, for everything is suddenly there for us, providing a course and a way in every moment we carve out. Hello My Friends,

As the rain still pounds my window here in Freeport Maine, I am readied to write to you and speak of the summers climate, both spiritual and literal. We have had much rain and gray here in Maine, and the Northeast. While some of you out there are in drought. Polarities and opposites, balances and changes; this is what this says to me. There is much in transition right now, both figuratively and literally. Much of the weather is this pattern of movement as our climate shifts its being-ness. Much of the economic forecast is the shifting of itself as well. Many of us have had to re-adjust our own goals and lives as we need to shift into new work, no work, too much work or the like. Many will have to readjust their own personal desires, or needs to find a truer way of living right now – even if it means sacrifices of what we THOUGHT were needs. Now it is shifting to a new need. One of internal truth, inner looking and of outer connectedness and community. So many of you have come to me to share your stories of deep change right now, and of the losses or confusion that is going hand in hand with such change. As I have said before – this is the time we have been coming to. Do the work or God will do it for you. This is the time to really ask what habits, persons, habitual thought forms, unforgiveness or self sabotaging behaviors and pains should be released unto the winds of change. (more…)
