How the weather does keep us guessing as it travels from summer to autumn here in the northeast . Sun, dark, warm,

cool, hot, wet, breezy and the ends of storms from places from away. So symbolic of the beginning of the going within to find refuge from the weather of the heart to the sun and warmth of the fire and of home. That too, is as well, the heart. With the sun in Libra right now we are finding ourselves in times of balance with polarities tugging at our shirtsleeves, demanding our attention. If you look at the global climates of politics and environments where there are extremes it seems as though we are struggling to find some balance as well, we really must. Venus the planet of love and money is going retrograde tomorrow for six weeks. Making us all turn to our hearts to find and review what we have needed to review on such matters ( love and money). We will be reviewing our needs and desires (both real and imagined). And issues of relationships ( of all kinds, even business and familial as well as romantic) will be heightened. Breathe and take it in and know you are being watched out for as you just get more attuned to what is the most authentic path for you to be on and how you can express yourself and your needs to those you love. Trust those who love you will need that time too. I have watched as the months pass and more and more people are opening up to looking at things in a new light. It almost feels as though even in dark times things turn and move themselves to make way for a brightness and a clarity to come in. It is no surprise many people have noticed their awareness has become more heightened. Times of change are upon us and some people have begun the task of doing the work a long bit ago, and some are new to the table. Just beginning the steps to find the HEART of the matter.

Hello All

Well this newsletter won’t be too long this time, for a kettle of water is on the stove for tea and it is a sunday afternoon, just waiting to be curled up with family. I want to let you know that some of this newsletter, and guidance comes to you in the form of words, spoken on my blog in video format. The subject is change . Funny, I have been needing to follow my own guidance that I hear from deep within me and make changes right here, with my words I send out to you all and with what I am here to share. Yes, I will still be doing those readings. Yes, I will be teaching and doing workshops. Yet, as with all of life, there is more to be done, more to be had , more to move towards or away from. Being that I try to put myself in the shoes of those who strive to become the best version of themselves (and in turn teach that outward) I try to be open to new ideas and new methods of teaching that word. All hail to the current technologies that make that possible. So some of my words will likely come to you in different format, both written spoken or even through art. Im open, are you?! So much of our lives ask that we learn to adapt and change or regroup how we FEEL about change and movement. Whether it is internal changes made from within (letting go of self doubt and past hurts) or outward(telling someone you love them for the first time, letting go of outworn relationships) and the like. This time we are in calls for progressive new ideas. Yes that comes first from each of us individually as a reflection of how we live our own lives, and that in turn helps the collective universal world move forward with grace. More than one acorn always falls from the oak and in the spring time more than one leaf is reborn. Lets hold hands and unite with love to help one and all become ONE and ALL . You can do that first with little ol’ you! Jump off that fear train and hop on a new method of transportation with me. Hooray!

For now I leave you to your evening, day or moment with the wish from me to you; For a healthy fall, free from fear or prejudices and full of festivities and fun and joy.

Greetings All,

Lately it takes a bit for me to get to sitting down at the computer to write out the words that Spirit guides me to, as the inside of my house may be the last place I wish to be in the middle of the beautiful lush month of June. So better late than never, I am guided to sit and write out these observations and words for you to take in. It is no new news that I am indeed busy here in the office. That also means many of you are guided to come in now and ask for guidance. Those who are wishing to fly out of the circles of thought, may have brought you to the place to seek council from a source unexpected for some. I liken this to a exodus from wound. My doors and other healer’s doors are opening up wide for people to come in as it seems from breaking out of patterns and molds old, worn down and in dire need of RE-novation. An exodus indeed. I have had more people leaving outworn relationships or jobs or thought patterns than ever before. Its a calling, a feeling, a trust that is new for some, to just leap to go to cry, to extract, to fly. We are all being called to really find out what makes us find ourselves; asking ourselves, ” How did I get here?”  Blame and mistrust, old wound, fear and erosion don’t have much of a place anymore in people. Yet they may not know what it takes to find that Source to “hold your hand” of faith and go the distance. If you are one of the ones who are finding yourself in the plunge of the new, closing down doors or maybe even oddly enough, revisiting an old true love or dream.. YOU are NOT alone.  

Happy Tidings this January

With the holiday rush behind us, we now have time to settle into the bones of winter and watch and wait as the winter makes us all go within and look within and stay within. In the northeast and by the looks of it-even other parts us the US,we really are having a hard, cold winter. It is such a good to time to reassess our selves, our plans and just rest and “do” less ” be” less and expect less. This is something a large many of us need right now. In many cultures we place our hopes on things and place many ridged standards on our outcomes, of developments, ideas, work, and the like. We make ourselves hard acts to follow. Yet also many cultures do like the notion of letting go of those hard angles to life, those hard expectations of ourselves, our lives. Maybe during times like this, when the sun sets earlier, the roads are not passable; maybe this is the Universal plan to get us to slow down and just BE and let the workings of the ways of our own prayers and hopes just begin to get delivered. The painter Claude Monet once wrote “there is no time more alive than the intimate now, where truths are eternal.”

Happy Holidays All the People

Hello to you all in the month of Holidays and events and gatherings. As I sit to write to you I have been in prayer for this nation, and the nations we attach ourselves to. I pray for all nations to have Peace. I pray for the desire for simplicity and connection to enter into the minds and hearts of those who have not experienced it. I sit in prayer to those who need healing from loss, for scars from old wounds both seen and unseen. I sit with God and ask the Light to administer Its luster to those who need it. For those who push it or people away. For all to have and feel and know love. My mind and heart are generating the truths of a season based upon the Love of a power known to us all, but somehow we have lost our way from this. For this IS the season of Light and commonwealth. Somehow everyone can see many people who’s priorities have been lost on the shadow world of needs based upon a feeling of needing control. As nature constantly reminds us, letting go is often the best way by showing us the general idea that in letting go of this power, true power comes to us. Whether it is fear, or pain, scarcity or lack that controls our emotions this season (and through out the year) it brings us to our knees asking ..”What matters? Where is my joy? love? abundance?” Often we forget to look inside our selves for this answer. Constantly adding to the theory of the grass needing to be greener. If you have nothing to give for your feeling of lack, a simple hug or word of goodness or some Grace to another person, community or cause is all you need give. Or putting your resources together to build something together could be a gift of true joy. How do we find the spirit of the days in the dark times or dark months or within a dark or lost heart? Look to any example of any person doing good for others, making people laugh, making good music, writing good stories or creating small hopes. There lies a bit of a spark for you. Too much information in the information highway often gets us to get lost in a maze of goods and ads and temptations.
