End October / November Newsletter: Awakened Healings
Hello my friends
I apologize to my regular, long lasting, forever followers, for the less frequent newsletters as of late. Almost everyone knows by this point I post a little bit more and more frequently on Instagram. Speed is of the essence for me lately.
With the changing times and changing energies of the world, our individual and spiritual call to either action, or being sequestered from the energy, goes up and down. As is required of us when we are going through giant transitions.
Of which, you can see, we all are in currently. As the Earth is as well.
The current energy we are going through as with the astrology in our cosmic blueprint is in the frequency of radical renovation, radical review, and radical endings. The next few months is a non-ironic wrap up of what was and what has been learned and what needs to be released so as when February rolls around of next year and we move to zero Point Aries Saturn (until 2028) and Aries moves Neptune until 2039. This speaks to us of actual leadership and spiritual awakening and actual leadership shifts and follow through around new beginnings.
Personally, collectively, and energetically, we are going through turbulent times buffered with deep insight, profound emotional access and progress around who we were and who we are becoming.
You see there are forces of light at work, astrologically in a gorgeous grand water trine (this means helpful, working in harmony, deep healing) that is essentially around for the next two months, making us understand where our emotional power is, where we have given power away, and what tasks we will have help from the universe to get us safely to the shore.
To help us land, where our heart speaks stronger and the voice of our intuitive souls rise up from its hiding place. Helping us to shift our lives in a more conscious direction of where we are best loved and where we are best serving our purpose.
I have been doing this work professionally for close to 28 years.
In all those years, I have never ever seen my clients and the people around me, awakening and moving through things to the rate that they are at the current moment.
To understand the pull to love. The power of love.
Sure, there are those who are refusing to awaken. The dark crevice of our human consciousness. Malefic forces that would like to take hold of us, may be hard at work, but the love and the grace within many of us is rising up to overpower and diminish such un-beneficial energies. Trust this. Call on this force of light.
Sometimes I feel like a broken record in these newsletters where I advise people to learn maybe a bit how to meditate. It doesn’t have to be extreme to start, but to tune out of the rush and continuation of the Maya of our really busy lives. The lure of technology and it’s power to create addiction to it, and to find a small or immediate spiritual practice.
Journal, writing, meditating, being in nature. Being with those we love; it’s more simple than it seems.
Saying no to overextending oneself to make time for reflection and quiet. To be brave to start new projects.
Saying yes, to opportunities for serendipitous and beautiful events to begin. You see our souls are guided by not only our destinies, but also spirit guides that are at our service, unseen, yet should we choose to understand and TRUST that they are there.
They are ✨❤️ and moving closer to the Earth atmosphere to try to get us to understand and accept the access of divine help trying to ascend to us.
We have free will and choice and if we are not asking for help, praying for help, or seeking help it likely doesn’t show up either in the way we hope or at the moment we need.
But God loves us.
The creation and force of spirit is always at our beck and call.
Uranus is the planet of sudden disruptive changes and rebellion. Huge shifts. It was in the communicative sign of Gemini most of the summer, it will retrograde back into the sign of Taurus one last time right after the Taurus full super moon on November 5 from November 8 all the way till April 2026, then it will return to Gemini where it will reside basically until 2033.
This means anything around where Taurus is in your birth chart will be up for one last exam. With Mercury going retrograde in the sign of Sagittarius on November 9 and then in Scorpio and ending its retrograde on November 29 (and Jupiter doing its retrograde from November 11 to March 11, 2026).
We are in the last finishing up review it get rid of it phase of where we have been since essentially 2018 (and even more so for the mutable signs of Gemini, Sagittarius, Virgo, and Pisces).
But every sign, and every placement in our lives will be going through some sort of transition. Trust me on this.
Remember change is not only inevitable, but often very much needed to progress and evolve, our souls destiny upon Earth and to bring us to our right place, right people, right job, right geography, right calling. For this is our promise for our brief and beautiful and powerful time on earth.
Which remember, is temporary in the physical, and eternal in spirit.
I’ve been holding close, many of my clients going through massive shifts or having sudden disruptions and helping them navigate with love and guiding people to use their own keen eye to go deeper within to understand where loss is. Where growth is residing, and where lessons have been learned.
I know it seems as though the world is going through one of the worst times and it certainly feels like that. But remember, we are the conscious co-creators of our time here on earth and the dignified care of our actions and words do make a difference. They do.

You see we are not just here to consume. Or to engulf ourselves in addictive consumption and of being a slave to the machine. We are made of heaven and earth and we are here to awaken our purpose, and meaning, through love and nature and beauty and connection and care.
When you unplug from that matrix and illusion, the beginnings of awakening out of a deep slumber of regret and a certain sense of blindness begins to happen. I have seen it for my entire career and I know it as someone who was born within an imprint of Spirit innately burning inside of me.

It really is time to wake up, and the Earth’s frequency (the Schumann resonance), and the consistent solar flares we are experiencing, and the astrology of the blueprint of our archetype of consciousness is working overtime to do just that.
To release from the shackles of what we feel is the separation between us.
If you have been feeling overtired, achy, sore, alone, distressed, exhausted, weepy, and anxious, this is actually your spirit body trying to adjust to all this change. It’s important to take care of yourself and allow this prayer full resting stage waking the goodness inside of us. That is actually love, trying to awaken inside of you rather than fear.
The irony of me sending out the newsletter in such a serious tone because I am channeling, is pretty funny when you think of if - you’ve come to a reading and experienced the deep humor and joy that permeates time, with me is not lost on me. Sarah loves to make people laugh very hard. I am actually here to remind us that we are supposed to be living in joy. Faithfulness to play and laughter and creativity and the power of our abilities to create what we want and to build worlds of love. That is actually where God exists.
It also exists in holding us while our tears roll from us as we release paradigms of ancient negative wounds and trauma that stay inside of us. Hate and fear.
It is time to heal. So we can heal as a collective.
I am reminded to let you know that there is good all around us and it is time to find it.
