Heartfelt hello my friends

On a stunning September day here in Maine, I finally sit down to unravel and channel my newsletter to you all. Down at the bottom, I will have a link to the class that I am teaching on September 27 here in South Portland, Maine. If you are so inclined to learn how to discern.

For now, I write you all with love and the highest of intentions . At least here in the west and the United States and other parts of the world, one would have to be living under a rock to avoid, or not feel, or not know how intense, powerful, chaotic and unnerving the times are that we are living in. I thought about how many times I’ve written newsletters, over the years, seeing that I’ve been writing them for 25 plus years.

I’ve had several websites all under the same domain. And since around that very beginning, and 2012 I do recall the general theme of me, gently reminding you all sometimes in different ways and different words, but usually by the end of all my newsletters that we are one common thing, that we are all connected, and that little by little, I would gently push and remind you to rely on the sovereign, and autonomous heart INSIDE of you to create with your families, friends, communities, and workforces the vibration of unity and community. This is the general message that comes through from spirit in different ways and in different forms.  I have woven reminders and words into all of my messages to you all. 

As we can see right now the time is now to understand what that means with forces out there that are unseen, let’s call them - thought viruses - or COERCIVE POWERS OF INTENT. It is getting very clear that one has to use intuition and discernment and actually go within one’s heart and pull away from the noisy machine of the internet and the media to clear one’s head and heart and body to be able to understand the truth of anything, the belief of anything, the vibration about anything, the energy of anything. Because Lord knows, there is far too much vitriol, barbaric, escapist, trauma bonded and largely exhausting energy out there. Yes?

I am finding it profoundly necessary as a sensitive, highly psychic, very wise human being to pull myself away from it on the daily. I highly recommend everybody does the same. The best medicine in times of chaos is to clear one’s own heart and systems out. Clear out the clutter, get as much nature as possible, and begin the process of working on your ancestral, energetic wounds.

You see the astrology of right now (and I know some people don’t understand astrology), the basic way for me to explain it, is that it is the cosmic karmic blueprint of things that have happened in history; things that can happen / things that could based on archetypes, planetary energy, and the conscious and unconscious mind of all of us that live on planet Earth.

We are deep in the eclipse season that many people know about. We just had a powerful Pisces in full moon lunar eclipse on 7, September and now we are headed this weekend to a solar eclipse on the new moon in Virgo on the 21st.

This is a massive end cycle of certain things that I’m sure everyone can feel over the last couple weeks. Profound collective lessons are being learned.

The archetype of oppression and energy around that bubbles up to the surface as we try to find where the wound is in all of us and most, hopefully, most prayerfully, lend an ear to our fellow humans, begin to awaken at a rapid rate about the potent healing that needs to happen …… within all of us.

We are breaking apart TO BREAK OPEN. The change maker planet, Uranus is going to work to bring sudden disruptions. He is currently in Gemini and will backdrop into Taurus in November for a few months and then re-enter Gemini in April 2026 until 2033. We are learning a lot about communication during this period. And how quickly it travels obviously through the Internet. And thought itself.

The way that the planets are working right now are shaking us up, but if we look at the bigger picture, this is for much much better reason. It’s like if you had to break down walls that were rotten in an old house to build it up more securely with strength and insulation and warmth and beauty.

Currently or recently, you may notice these contrasting ideas in your mind and in your body and in your community and in your thoughts; Confusion and frustration. Reluctance and doubt, strangely coupled with an urge for extreme productivity and forward to push. Emptiness and fogginess tied to the urge to heal and ponder the meaning of life. Physical malaise. Strong sense for personal transformation and change while wrestling with insecurity and resistance. Doubt and Disillusion.

When in doubt, be still. Pause before acting and speaking or writing on the Internet. Get into stillness and put all social media on hold for a day or two.

I highly recommend exercise, walking, getting in and around bodies of water, journaling, and personally diving into projects or hobbies to fulfill you. Listen to 528 HZ music. Or dance. It’s very important to notice what is not working in your life. And work on letting it go. Let go.

The keyword about the current times where are in and will be in for a bit here: Discernment, discernment, discernment. Be mindful of belief systems. Spiritual practice. Meditation, meditation, meditation..

And the biggest word right now is love. Morning, noon and night. Loving your inner child. The urge to be forgiving and loving the past. While deeply understanding, anger, and where it comes from. Doing breath work and healing modalities to calm the central nervous system and the mind. Calming the nervous system is very important right now.

You see love is always seeking you. And love is where we come from and where we go when we leave the material plane.

It is still everywhere around us and it needs you to find it. It needs you to believe in it. Remember, you can’t have love without vulnerability and you can’t have vulnerability without acceptance and forgiveness. Love, and love itself cannot exist without truth. But what everyone believes is truth is in many tunnels of different avenues of coercion or delusion.

There is no other way, other than BE STILL AND KNOW THAT I AM

I like to remind people as a lifelong, psychic medium, and in business for over 25 years, that there really truly is nothing we take with us other than what we did here and the soul imprint of those we loved and those we hurt. And what we learned from it. We are LOVE.

I like to remind people that (and I can’t stress this enough) WE ARE STILL CAPABLE OF CHANGING THINGS as a collective force of thought and mind, for the better, and to create still better systems. For the old is grasping and gripping strongly as we try to create through UNITY AND NOT separation. This is how we will build a new world. A world with us all, even in our smaller communities, tiny even.

We still have the divine right to consciously procreate/cocreate with God and make the world indeed a better place. To make ourselves better .

That’s the beauty of choice and that is the beauty of Grace. The mystery of serendipity and synchronicity reminds us that we are all connected, and our souls need each other. We need new and together, not one BOSS vibration………..

You are a powerful and divine being in the current meat suit that you are dwelling within. You have the power to create a better and a lovely reality for yourself, and your family, and loved ones and teams of employment and into things you create and make and build together.

Lord, make me an instrument of your peace:
where there is hatred, let me sow love;
where there is injury, pardon;
where there is doubt, faith;
where there is despair, hope;
where there is darkness, light;
where there is sadness, joy.

I definitely feel and know it is time for people to take back their power from broken and outworn systems.

I have seen this for decades when I was given a vision of two ships landing here. In between there was a path. One ship was filled with colors and vibrant sounds and people and the other had a sort of grey hue with hung heads and muttering sad people. This was YEARS ago. In this vision I was told that a time would come and one might be surprised at who enters what reality, that we had a choice. Clearly had a choice on what energetic ship we boarded to a new way. A new realty. A new land. This is where we are. We’ve got this my love filled, light filled, human friends. Hold hands…. it keeps one out of fear.
